Shanelle is a Digital Fundraising Consultant but likes to call herself a “Digital Adventurer”.

Don’t be fooled by Patricia’s quiet demeanor, she’s listening to every word and forming plans as you speak. She’s been working in the digital space since before
Facebook hit our screens. She has a BA and a Masters in marketing and ran her
own digital agency in Brazil before coming to Australia and taking the plunge
into the not-for-profit space.
Having worked client side for Dell Patricia has great patience and understanding
for the approvals process and is always happy to make changes to ensure you
get the best results. A real SEO specialist Patricia makes sure that you show up
on Google and is a top class ad manager to boot.
She can set up automation with her eyes closed and is always keen to learn new

Marcos joins Patricia in adding Latin flare to the Parachute Digital production
team. More importantly he also brings a wealth of fundraising experience with 6
years at UNICIF Argentina under his belt. As well as being an intercontinental
fundraiser Marcos also boasts an Honors Degree in Business and is an
experienced statistical analyst and programmer. He’s great with Google and can
help you with your ads, tag manager and analytics as well as being fluent in
Facebook advertising and email marketing.
He came to Australia to experience life in a new country and to brush up on his
surfing (waves not web).
His favourite charity is (of course) UNICEF but he’s looking for an Aussie org to fall in love with – it could be you!
Bruce is a fundraising fiend. He’s quick witted, fun, and a great listener but most of all he’s one of the most compassionate and thoughtful human beings on the planet. He also happens to be married to our CEO Shanelle, which may have helped him get this role!
Bruce is not just a copy-writer, he’s a content curator. Bruce can bring emotion to the most dry material. He is able to write copy that engages the person as well as call the search engine – anyone say ‘Google it’?
Bruce is most passionate about the environment and music. He fits into the not for profit world like the middle-aged ladies that swoon around him at weddings and christenings. As an individual he’s helped raise $1000’s for MS, Movember, The Great Cycle Challenge and more and now he can’t wait to talk with you to figure out how what story he needs to tell your supporters that will make the world a better place.
